Planemill Finland Ltd Oy, Business ID 1965562-1, postal address Villintie 166, 16300 Orimattila, www.hoylatools.fi sells products to companies and individuals in the EU.
Only people over the age of 15 can shop from the Hoylatools online store. Children under the age of 18 can only pay for their purchases with online payment.
These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries. These delivery terms are valid from September 15, 2021. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
In all its activities, the Hoylatools online store complies with general regulations and recommendations related to consumer trade, advertising and marketing. Corporate customers are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale related to business-to-business transactions.
The Hoylatools online store delivers products in Finland to postcode areas 0 – 9999. Currently, Hoylatools does not deliver orders to Åland.
By accepting the ordering and delivery terms of the Hoylatools online store, the customer accepts that the Hoylatools online store can send the customer e-mails or text messages in matters related to the order.
Products and product prices
The features, prices and availability of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices of the products in the shopping cart before accepting the order. Products’ prices include VAT as shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Ordering and contract
Products can only be ordered from our online store through the online store and its payment methods. Sorry, we are unable to receive email or phone orders. Products are ordered from the Hoylatools online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service.
When ordering from our online store, you are required to be familiar and committed to our current delivery terms. You understand that you accept and your confirmed order is, except as mentioned later right of withdrawal, binding and gives rise to these terms of delivery agreement between us.
Payment and payment methods
The Hoylatools online store uses the Klarna Checkout payment service as a payment intermediary. With Klarna Checkout, you can easily, flexibly and securely shop online. By answering a couple of easy questions, you will conveniently identify yourself in the service and you can choose the payment method that suits you best.

We offer the following payment methods:
Pay now – payment will be made directly to Klarna. The payment methods are card payments, online banking payment and Klarna direct payment. The means of payment are domestic online banks (S-Bank, Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, and Aktia) – the most common bank and credit cards.
Pay later, Klarna invoice – 14 days payment period. Adult customers can order products with an invoice. You will receive an invoice with a 14-day interest-free payment period. You cannot order products for an invoice when you order products for someone else or you have otherwise provided your delivery address to someone other than your address in the population register. When you select an invoice as your payment method, Klarna will check your credit and address information.

Split your payments – Klarna account in installments (6, 12, 24 and 36 month payment plan and flexible payments). You can pay for your order in installments using Klarna’s Installment payment method. When you pay with Klarna’s installment, Klarna Oy will automatically open an account for you in connection with the first order.
Exchange and return conditions
You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
If you want to exchange or return products, always notify our customer service (info@hoylatools.fi). Please include the order number and the reason for the return in the email, as well as your account number for the refund.
Please note that the normal delivery cost is always to be paid by the customer. Delivery costs will therefore not be refunded even if you return part or all of the order.
Failure to pick up a shipment from the post office after June 13, 2014 is not a sufficient way to report a return, nor is returning without a separate cancellation notice to customer service.
Once you have notified the return of the order for the delivered product by e-mail, take the product to the Post Office. Please tell us in the mail that this is a customer return. Make sure that the recipient of the return is: Planemill Oy / Hoylatools, Villintie 166, 16300 Orimattila
Include your name and contact information in the return shipment, as well as a copy of the order confirmation you received.
The refund will be paid within 7 days of receipt of the return shipment of the product. The credit is paid either directly to the account or via a payment intermediary (Klarna) to your credit card / Klarna account.
The above-mentioned 14-day period does not limit your right under the Consumer Protection Act to make an error report due to a product defect.
Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months. The warranty starts from the moment of delivery of the goods. The customer must keep the order confirmation in order to fulfill the warranty condition of the product.
The warranty does not cover normally wearing parts. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, handling or use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended. The instructions for use and installation of the product must be followed for the warranty to be valid.
The Hoylatools online store has the right, at its option, to either give a discount on the total amount of the product, correct product defects or replace the defective product with a new one. These measures do not extend the warranty period.
The primary aim is always to repair the defective product by replacing the damaged part or parts with intact ones, if the product is thus fully functional in accordance with the contract.
Disagreements
You have the right to submit disputes and disagreements arising from these general delivery terms to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). If a dispute or disagreement ends in court, the dispute is heard in a Finnish district court.
Personal information
The Hoylatools online store treats all customer information in the strictest confidence. You can read more about the collection and processing of personal data in the privacy and register description. The information will only be used internally through the Hoylatools online store and will not be disclosed to third parties other than carriers and payment service companies to whom the provision of address and telephone number information is necessary for successful delivery and payment
